Le défi

A few years ago, Look Cycle launched a major digital transformation and revisited how product information and assets were distributed. Resources had been managed via SharePoint, which made global rollouts harder as the catalog grew. With over 2,000 product references, thousands of assets, and hundreds of reseller partners worldwide, the team needed an asset management solution alongside a PIM to keep information consistent and easy to share. To maintain a high-end brand image for dealers and customers internationally, they sought a more scalable, centralized way to organize, enrich, and deliver visuals and product content.

Scaleflex DAM was selected (recommended by Synolia) to manage and distribute visual resources alongside Akeneo PIM. Visual assets were centralized on a single platform to harmonize content and simplify governance. Airbox made it easy for Look Cycle ambassadors to upload content quickly and securely, while an integrated portal provided controlled access to dealers and partners. Built-in analytics helped the team monitor partner connections and asset usage, informing content priorities. Together, this composable approach improved the product experience for customers and ensured dealer partners received consistent, high-quality resources worldwide.
