Established in 2011, Kozmos is one of Turkey’s prominent e‑commerce export companies, whose core products span home textiles, casual wear, and mattresses. Hundreds of thousands of textile patterns are processed and millions of products are manufactured each year, sold across Europe, the Americas, and Asia on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
"Filerobot Headless DAM possède de nombreuses fonctions utiles pour améliorer les performances, avec une interface très simple et intuitive, propre et claire. Très bonne performance du service."

Before Kozmos started using Filerobot, they were managing their image processing in‑house-manually storing, resizing, cropping, and filtering the images on their servers. This put a lot of strain on their network infrastructure, degrading overall server performance and causing crashes. Another challenge was to achieve the fastest possible delivery of content to end‑users, while also being able to monitor how their content was performing (volume, speed, etc.).
Filerobot Headless DAM provided Kozmos with the exact functionality and agility they required to fit into and enhance their content operations. It simplified the upload and integration of media using the Filerobot Media Widget that integrates directly into their back‑office. Their operations were enhanced via the CLI with auto‑resizing upon upload, smart‑tagging, version control, and Google‑like search of assets. Finally, all media optimization was automated, including acceleration to end‑platforms by utilizing a global, multi‑CDN strategy.
Kozmos centralized their media in Filerobot and now stores and optimizes 80 TB of assets. Upload and integration are streamlined through the Media Widget, while CLI workflows automate resizing, tagging, version control, and search. Optimization and multi‑CDN delivery accelerate content to end‑platforms, supporting fast and reliable distribution. These capabilities address previous strain on infrastructure and give Kozmos the operational agility to keep pace with high‑volume product catalogs and patterns across major marketplaces.
