Easy Cash is a franchise network specializing in purchasing and selling second‑hand products. Its e‑commerce site features 400,000+ product references, each with at least one image and several variations, delivered via CDN-making visual performance critical for conversion and SEO.

"A powerful and well-documented solution, easy to implement and use, which pleases both marketers and developers."

The challenge

In 2022, Easy Cash redesigned its site and multiplied the number of images displayed on the homepage and menu from 10 to 60. The surge in image weight and the resulting LCP slowdown degraded web performance. As a consequence, the site lost organic positions on Google, affecting visibility and traffic at a critical time for the business. With more visuals to render per page and a large catalog to serve through a CDN, the team needed a way to restore speed without sacrificing image quality or UX.

Increased image weight after redesign
Slower LCP harming Core Web Vitals
Loss of organic rankings on Google

The solution

Easy Cash implemented Cloudimage, Scaleflex’s dynamic media optimization solution, guided by responsive customer service. Cloudimage automatically compresses and resizes images, serves the right formats per device, and delivers assets through CDN-all with minimal code changes. This fast rollout helped stabilize LCP and reduce payloads across pages with many visuals. With automatic transformations and caching in place, the team could keep their richer design while improving loading speeds and user experience.

Automated resizing and compression per device
Next‑gen format conversion with CDN delivery
Caching and lazy‑loading for media‑heavy pages
Rapid setup with minimal code changes

The result

The optimization delivered measurable gains. Image payloads were reduced by a factor of four, directly cutting bandwidth usage and time to render above‑the‑fold content. Page loads became 3 seconds faster, with Core Web Vitals back in the green: LCP at 1.2s and CLS below 0.03. Beyond user experience, Easy Cash regained and surpassed its pre‑redesign organic positions, strengthening visibility for a catalog of over 400,000 product references.

4× lighter images across the site
3 seconds faster page loads
LCP 1.2s and CLS < 0.03
Improved SEO beyond pre‑redesign rankings
