Scaleflex Hosts The First Edition of The Visual Content Summit in Lyon

(Lyon, France - 11th June, 2024) Scaleflex, the Visual Experience Platform, hosts the first-ever edition of its Visual Content Summit, an event reassembling industry leaders, insightful keynotes and engaging workshops.

On the 11th of June, the first ever edition of the awaited Visual Content Summit took place in the spaces of La Source, Lyon. The event, gathering over 90 attendees, joined experts from different industries, key industry leaders as well as passionate participants and attendees. 

The general theme? The importance of visual assets and their management across industries. Experts and guest speakers shared their own experiences using DAM platforms, PIMs or Visual AI in order to scale their visual operations, and experts from companies leading the visual evolution informed on industry statistics, new available technologies, and suitable stack combinations for different needs. 

After the opening presentations, attendees were welcome to join different workshops taking place at the event. Attendees could join the workshop hosted by Akeneo, Synolia and LookCycle, a deep dive into LookCycle’s case study and the power of joining the forces of PIM and DAM for increased business success. Taking place simultaneously, other attendees chose to join the workshop hosted by Scaleflex, Blackbird, Synolia and the Wam Agency regarding the different performance levers to rely on in 2024. 

Following the workshops, attendees assisted in a presentation on Visual AI for e-commerce from the hand of Scaleflex and Interflora, before enjoying a coffee break during which they could exchange impressions, snack on some baked goods and network freely. Refueled, two new workshops took place in the late afternoon: a deep-dive into E.Leclerc’s case study on the successful mass migration of assets, and an alternative marketing workshop led by Dedi, Scaleflex and Shopify. To round up the day, two final workshops: SEO to dynamize client acquisition with Scaleflex and Jahia, and how to modernize media servers with Rakuten. 

The event closed off with a final keynote given by Talon.one, Vtex and Valtech, where they explored the importance of composable architecture to boost innovation and growth in enterprises. As MACH-alliance certified vendors, they were ideally suited to expose to attendees the advantages of composable solutions. Lastly, everyone enjoyed a cocktail on the beautiful terrace, a few games of petanque and the DJ! 

The event was a beautiful success, many insights were exchanged and connections forged during a day fully packed with content, case studies and expert forecasting. To be repeated surely very soon!
